With over 30 years of experience, Col. Kulwant Kataria is a distinguished Facilitator, Behavioral Assessor, Coach and is the Founder – Director of Great Gurugram Outdoors Pvt Ltd. As a consultant, he has collaborated with corporates across various industry sectors over the past decade. His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including Leadership and Managerial Development, Team Building, Behavioural Skills, Change Management, NLP, and Emotional Intelligence (EI).

Throughout his illustrious career, Col. Kataria has trained over 20,000 working professionals, conducted behavioural assessments of 5000 professionals, and coached over 500 corporate leaders and managers. His profound interest in human behaviour and its application in People Development has driven him to pursue numerous courses and certifications from renowned institutions. As a result, he possesses expertise in applying Psychology to competency development in People, Business, and Organizational Development.

Following his military service, Col. Kataria has worked as an independent consultant with KPMG, conducting over 500 Assessment Development Centres. He holds a degree in Commerce, an MBA in HR, and is a certified Psychologist. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Col. Kataria is an avid sportsman and movie enthusiast.

Sumant Khare

With over 40 years of experience, Col. Sumant Khare is a distinguished facilitator and Coach. As a consultant, he has collaborated with corporates across various industry sectors over the past 14 years and offering cutting-edge solutions in People and Organizational Development, grounded in research from Neuroscience.

Col. Khare's expertise spans designing and conducting programs and workshops in Strategy and Strategic Thinking, Leadership and Managerial Development, Team Building, Behavioural Skills, Change Management, NLP, Emotional Intelligence (EI), and more. Throughout his career, he has trained over 50,000 working professionals and coached over 500 corporate leaders and managers.

With a strong interest in Neuroscience and its applications, Col. Khare has pursued various courses and certifications from renowned institutions like Harvard, MIT, and The Neuroscience Academy Australia. His expertise lies in applying Neuroscience-based solutions to People, Business, and Organizational Development.

Col. Khare held senior HR roles at Airtel, Reliance Retail, Future Group, Force Tech Training, and Varuna Integrated Logistics, where he served as Group HR Head. A science graduate, Sumant holds an MBA (HR) and MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Col. Khare is a talented musician, singer, painter, sketcher, and poet.

Amit Kakra

Amit is a seasoned facilitator, leadership development expert, and travel professional with over two decades of experience. He specializes in designing and delivering experiential training workshops that foster self-discovery, strategic planning, and team building.

With a strong background in coaching, mentoring, and managing teams across various industries, including travel, IT, aviation, manufacturing, and education, Amit has conducted extensive nationwide training sessions for sales, operations, and customer service teams.

Amit's outdoor training experience spans over 600 days, with a proven track record of managing clients across locations such as Himachal, Uttarakhand, Ladakh, Andamans, and Delhi NCR. He has successfully conducted team engagement sessions for over 2,500 participants.

A qualified mountaineer and adventure sports specialist, Amit holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management from Kurukshetra University. He has also completed a 60-day training program in mountain climbing, wilderness survival, and expedition planning at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM), Uttarkashi.

Amit's training sessions are known for their high energy, interactive, and fun-filled approach, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

B D Negi

Negi is a passionate outdoor enthusiast with a specialization in designing and conducting team building programs for corporates. Since joining Great Gurugram Outdoors in 2012, he has been instrumental in planning and customizing activities that cater to the unique objectives of each program. His expertise lies in creating engaging and interactive team building experiences that foster collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Negi is skilled at conducting icebreakers and energizers that can revitalize participants and change the tempo of programs according to the group's mood and interest. His love for adventure and the outdoors is evident in his work, having led numerous mountaineering expeditions and trekking events. His enthusiasm is contagious, and when he's not working, you can find him exploring new trails or embarking on exciting outdoor adventures.

Praveen Khimta

Praveen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, with 18 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry. He holds a Master's degree in Tourism Administration, which has provided him with a strong foundation in the travel and tourism industry. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience working with diverse hotels and resorts, honing his skills in managing small to large groups and providing end-to-end services.

Praveen's expertise in travel and hotel/resorts booking management is a key strength, with a proven ability to handle large-scale operations, having successfully managed over 30,000 plus guests across the country. Notably, Praveen excels in providing hotel and resort options that cater to diverse budgets and customer preferences, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for clients. With pan-India operations, he is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the travel and tourism industry, driving success for our organization while prioritizing customer satisfaction and budget-friendliness.
